Contraindications:

Complications:
It does not cauterize so the bleeding can be significant, causing hemorrhage. Requires hemostatic. Rectal fistula 0.5%. Erectile dysfunction 50% (only in the case of complete gland destruction).

A typical application lasts 40 minutes, completing its 2 cycles:
